Certifications
Certified quality management systems supporting custom manufacturing and medical device component projects.
Quality & Traceability
Defined inspection points and production records, aligned with your part requirements.
Critical dimensions, appearance criteria and reporting requirements are agreed during project planning.
Material Verification
Review the specified resin grade, supplier documentation and material lot information against project requirements.
Tooling & Sample Inspection
Check tooling and trial parts, with dimensional results supporting sample review and any required corrections.
Production & Final Checks
Inspect agreed dimensions and visual features during production and before shipment, following the inspection plan.
Batch Records & Traceability
Maintain agreed links between material lots, production batches and inspection records for project traceability.
For high-temperature plastics, drying, molding conditions and dimensional conditioning are reviewed alongside the material grade and application requirements.
From CAD to Production
A clear sequence of reviews and approvals keeps tooling, samples and production aligned with your requirements.
Share Your Requirements
Send CAD files, drawings, material preferences, expected quantities and operating conditions.

DFM & Material Review
Assess wall thickness, draft, shrinkage and critical features. Review resin grades against temperature, load and chemical exposure.
In-House Mold Manufacturing
Coordinate mold design, CNC machining, EDM, fitting and assembly, with direct feedback between tooling and molding teams.
High-Temperature Plastic Molding
Develop tooling and molding conditions around the selected resin, including insert molding, overmolding and two-shot project requirements.
Prototyping & Secondary Operations
Support development with CNC machining and rapid prototypes, followed by specified finishing, assembly and custom packaging.
Frequently Asked Questions
What to know before starting a tooling or custom parts project with RJC.
Where is RJC located, and is U.S. support available?
RJC is based in Shenzhen, China, where tooling and manufacturing operations are located. RJC American Inc. provides an additional point of contact for communication and project coordination with the Shenzhen team.
What information is needed for a quotation?
Send your 3D files, available 2D drawings, material grade, expected quantities and delivery requirements. Include critical tolerances, appearance criteria and operating conditions. If material selection is still open, describe the temperature, loads and chemical exposure involved.
Can RJC supply molds separately from molded parts?
Yes. Projects can cover mold manufacturing, molded parts production, or both. For tooling delivered to another facility, machine specifications, tooling standards, documentation and sample approval requirements are reviewed before mold design begins.
Do you support prototypes and low-volume production?
Yes. RJC supports prototypes, low-volume orders and repeat production. CNC machining, 3D printing and injection molding options are reviewed against the material, geometry, quantity and purpose of the parts.
How are samples approved before production?
The sample approval scope is agreed during project planning. Trial parts and inspection results are submitted for review, with any required tooling or process adjustments addressed before production release. Functional and assembly checks should be identified early so responsibilities and acceptance criteria are clear.
What quality documentation can be included?
Documentation can include material certificates, dimensional inspection reports and agreed batch records. Specify any traceability, reporting or customer-specific requirements during quotation so the documentation package can be confirmed within the project scope.
